We have spent countless hours perfecting our shipping methods and we want every customer to be satisfied with how their purchase arrives.
We guarantee all plants to arrive safely, rain or shine, or we’ll ship out a new one FREE of charge.
We check all our plants prior to shipment for quality control and pack them with care. However, handling damages by shipping carriers can occur during transit. In these cases, we re-ship the plants at no cost to you.
**All replacements must be requested within 14 days of receiving the plant/item along with a picture and explanation of the problem. Send these requests to our email ggsgreens@gmail.com**
